A letter from our Founder

Hi, I'm Zac!
I've been a software developer for the last 12 years
and a marketer for 7.

I've worked with CRMs pretty heavily, from setting them up for clients, creating integrations, using them for my own business.

But after years and years of working with them, I've never found one I liked. I've also rarely heard anyone else say anything nice about their CRM. Something that Salespeople hate and struggle to stay in the habit of using. Whenever they're brought up, it's kind of like they're a necessary evil.

In a world with companies like Apple or Notion, we know it's possible to make software that users love. Software that gets users to come up with tasks to do, just because the experience is so pleasant, work becomes easy.

As a developer, I knew making a good CRM would not be easy (that's why no one was making a good one).

I was right, it's definitely hard.

We've been working on Saletend for 3 years now, and it's still nowhere near as good as I want it to be. We've only got a few integrations so far, but we are making steady progress. We pay attention to the little details and iterate.

We want to make great software, not just software we can charge more for. Our goal is for you to be able to market and sell your business with ease, without worrying about your CRM getting in the way.

We don't want to be an everything tool. We just want to be a freaking amazing CRM. One that you can rely on, no matter what stage your business is in.
